At Saint Dante, we want your experience to feel effortless from the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives at your door. Below you will find answers to our most common enquiries. How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within three business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. For larger items, such as artwork, please allow an additional two business days for dispatch, as these may also require alternative couriers depending on your address.


Which couriers do you use?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri, with Next Day Delivery available where this service is offered to your address. For larger or high-value items, such as artwork, we may use an alternative specialist courier to ensure safe delivery.


How long does delivery take?

Within the UK, standard delivery usually takes between one and three business days once dispatched, although remote or rural areas may take longer. International orders, where available, typically take between seven and fourteen business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking details where available. Please note that smaller items sent via standard Royal Mail services may not include full tracking.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. From time to time, orders above a certain value may qualify for free UK delivery.


Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. To begin a return, please visit our Returns Page and follow the instructions.


What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask for photographs of both the packaging and the item so that we can investigate the issue and arrange a resolution.


What if my parcel does not arrive?

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier. Claims for lost parcels must usually be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


Can I change or update my delivery address after placing an order?

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you realise there is an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@saintdante.co.uk and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
