Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be carefully packed and shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For larger items, such as artwork, please allow an additional 2 business days for dispatch. These may also be shipped via alternative couriers depending on the customer’s address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Evri, with Next Day Delivery available where this service is offered to your address.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–3 business days once shipped. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
International shipping (if available) may take 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Orders over a certain value (if offered) may qualify for free UK delivery.
Tracking information will be provided when available from the courier.
Please note that smaller items sent via standard Royal Mail services may not include full tracking.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item.
In the rare event that your parcel does not arrive, please notify us so we can investigate with the courier. Claims must usually be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
